Our delivery options and costs vary depending on the location of the delivery address specified on checkout. All orders are shipped out of Hong Kong. For deliveries within Hong Kong, orders will be sent using HK Post. Deliveries to Asia and Europe (including UK) will be sent out via Aramex. Deliveries to the USA will be sent out via SF Express.
Due to the recent disruptions to postal services around the world as a result of Covid-19, we may not be able to ship to certain locations. Please check our Shipping and Delivery table below to see which countries we are currently shipping to.

Tracking my Order
On placing your order we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your order. As soon as payment is processed, you will receive another email to inform you that your purchase has been shipped.
Each item will be assigned a tracking number as soon as it leaves the warehouse, enabling us to locate your package. When your order has been dispatched, we will contact you directly with an order tracking number.
If you have not received your order within 10 working days or if at any time you have a question regarding the status of your order, please contact us directly at email@example.com where we will be happy to look into your request and assist you in any way we can.
Taxes & Duties
Your items may be subject to import duties and taxes depending on the country in which the goods are received. All import duties and taxes are the receiver’s responsibility where they apply. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, and they remain the responsibility of the customer. If local import taxes apply, the shipping company will contact you by telephone once your items are in customs to let you know the cost. This may delay your delivery time, as goods held at customs will be your responsibility to pay the necessary charges for local authorities to release the goods.
Please note that cross-border deliveries may be subject to opening and inspection by custom authorities. You are considered the importer of record for the items you order through our website and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which the items are to be delivered. ERA ORA are required by law to declare an accurate commercial value on all shipments. We are unable to honour any requests to adjust the actual value of an order on the customs documentation.
Unfortunately, we currently do not offer shipping to PO Box addresses.
Once an order has been placed, it is not possible to have the shipment redirected to an alternative address.
