Shipping and Delivery
At ERA ORA, we are dedicated to making sure that your order arrives as safely and as soon as possible.
Our delivery options and costs vary depending on the location of the delivery address specified on checkout. All orders are shipped out of Hong Kong. For deliveries within Asia, orders will be sent using local postal service, SF-Express or EMS Speedpost depending on the destination. Overseas orders including the UK, EU and the Rest of the World will be shipped using standard local postage service or EMS Speedpost.
All purchases will be delivered and beautifully wrapped in ERA ORA’s signature packaging.
We offer an Express delivery to any address within Asia, which costs US$35. This Express service is a next working day service, however certain remote areas could be longer. Please note that to receive your order on the next working day pending clearance of payment, be sure to place your order before 1pm from Monday to Thursday.
Any orders placed on Friday after 1pm will be delivered the following Monday. If nobody is present at the specified delivery address when drop off of your order is attempted, it may be returned to your local sorting office where it will be held for two weeks.
EU, USA & Canada Delivery
We offer a Worldwide Express service for delivery to the EU, USA & Canada via EMS Speedpost, which costs between US$20.00 – US$30.00. This service offers delivery during the day within 3-5 working days to addresses in the EU, US and all major business centres in Canada, pending customs clearance .
Prices quoted do not include any import duties or local taxes, for which the recipient is responsible.
We are unable to redirect your order once it has been dispatched. Please ensure that you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.
Tracking my Order
On placing your order we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your order. As soon as payment is processed, you will receive another email to inform you that your purchase has been shipped.
Each item will be assigned a tracking number as soon as it leaves the warehouse, enabling us to locate your package. When your order has been dispatched, we will contact you directly with an order tracking number.
If you have not received your order within 10 working days or if at any time you have a question regarding the status of your order, please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org where we will be happy to look into your request and assist you in any way we can.
We insure each purchase from dispatch and during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified address. Upon delivery to the specified delivery address, responsibility of your order transfers to you and is no longer covered by our insurance. If you are returning an item and loss or theft occurs, ERA ORA Limited cannot be held responsible.
Taxes & Duties
Your items may be subject to import duties and taxes depending on the country in which the goods are received. All import duties and taxes are the receiver’s responsibility where they apply. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, and they remain the responsibility of the customer. If local import taxes apply, the shipping company will contact you by telephone once your items are in customs to let you know the cost. This may delay your delivery time, as goods held at customs will be your responsibility to pay the necessary charges for local authorities to release the goods.
Please note that cross-border deliveries may be subject to opening and inspection by custom authorities. You are considered the importer of record for the items you order through our website and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which the items are to be delivered. ERA ORA Limited are required by law to declare an accurate commercial value on all shipments. We are unable to honour any requests to adjust the actual value of an order on the customs documentation.
Unfortunately, we currently do not offer shipping to PO Box addresses.
Once an order has been placed, it is not possible to have the shipment redirected to an alternative address.
